The Administration and Finance Division at ³Ô¹ÏÍø plays a crucial role in supporting the university’s mission through efficient operational and administrative oversight. This division ensures the seamless functioning of key areas such as finance, facilities, and human resources, creating a well-managed environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Performance Based Funding (PBF)
The Performance Based Funding (PBF) Model was approved at the January 2014 Board of Governors Meeting. The development of the model included university presidents, provosts, boards of trustees, and other stakeholders starting in the fall of 2012. The model includes 10 metrics that evaluate ³Ô¹ÏÍø institutions on a range of issues.
The model has four guiding principles:Â
- Use metrics that align with SUS Strategic Plan goalsÂ
- Reward Excellence or ImprovementÂ
- Have a few clear, simple metricsÂ
- Acknowledge the unique mission of the different institutionsÂ
In 2021, ³Ô¹ÏÍø Poly was eligible to participate in PBF for the first time.
